I have been a housewife for most of my life but being even after being a full time worker I do not miss a vhnace to enhance my body and give my body the required therapy. I will make sure that my students too inculcate such disciplinary rules in their lives.

I will be training my students using the same ancient methods of yoga so that we remain close to our roots but with a subtle spark to it. I ll be giving weekly challenges with a combination of fun assignments and the bonus part is we must have a round of meditation every time we do yoga. Plus this we be via an online format so stay home, stay safe and learn yoga!
