I enjoy best when we discuss and argue critically. & of course - have fun!
I have two basic principles:
1. My first goal is to see my mentees becoming as passionate about the subject as I do, better more.
2. My second goal is to enable them to teach the topic among their peers. Common saying that I stand upon though its authenticity must be questioned, "if you can't explain it simply you don't understand it well enough." :)
