About Erika

I am an architect, currently I study nutrition and in my free time I love to cook, I have learned a lot since I was a vegetarian for a long time and I seek to return to it, therefore I have learned that is why I have already experimented with recipes and being celiac I know how difficult it is to have more options.

About the lesson

I like to teach through photographs, small videos and step by step as you need. I think that cooking is something more spiritual and connected than complex when it is for day to day. It is also suddenly possible to surprise loved ones with other kind of dishes.
