I’m Latika, a certified yoga instructor and also a yoga therapist living in Kaggadaspura, Bangalore, with more than 6 years as a yoga practitioner and 3 years of experience in teaching Hatha, Power, Iyengar, Restorative, and Ashtanga yoga, offering both online and offline as well as personal classes at home. My sessions are designed to help you achieve your weight loss and flexibility, manage stress, and improve immunity through energetic flows, strength-building postures, pranayama, and meditation—all in a supportive environment.
