I’m Toby, a 19-year-old Economics and Finance student at the University of Exeter with A*AA in Economics, Maths, and Psychology. I’m a friendly, approachable tutor who’s passionate about helping students succeed. I take a thoughtful, tailored approach to tutoring—first getting to grips with what challenges each student is facing, whether it’s tricky content or a teacher they’re struggling to connect with. I work to find the root of the problem and understand their goals, then build a structured plan using past paper questions, clear notes, and ongoing feedback. I aim to create a comfortable space where students feel confident asking anything—and I keep parents in the loop with regular, friendly updates.
