About Amelia
Hello, my name is Amelia and I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and professional Dancer/Performer!
Having trained and worked in the dance industry for over 3 years and I found that I longed to have a career with a purpose that was aimed in helping others. So what better career than a personal fitness coach where I can marry my passion for fitness with my desire to help people grow into better versions of themselves. I have been qualified for over 2 years now and have loved every second, from teaching classes to personal one-to-ones all of which has been so rewarding.

I make fitness simple, fun, and customised to you. As your personal trainer, I’ll help you build strength, confidence, and healthy habits without pressure or intimidation. I’m here to guide, motivate, and support you every step of the way. Let’s reach your goals together and get you feeling amazing.
Starting off strong with a consultation we will get to know each other and what it is you want to work towards. Then we will move onto training sessions where I will work you through a personalised plan suited to fit your goals! Then all there is to do is work hard. Believe in yourself. And watch your positive progress!
