About Chris
I have trained for over 27 years and have an incredible passion for martial arts. I was taught how to train all ages in pattern work, self-defense, kicks, strikes both in traditional style and contact competition style. My grandmaster was Sung Soo Lee and Master Chris Pennington. I have taught both classes for young children and adults for over 15 years. I also have trained for 10 years in boxing and kick boxing.
I have also been a personal trainer for over 15 years and have trained various people for weight loss, muscle gain and all types of goals.
I have my cert 3 and 4 in fitness and my Working with Children's Check.
I know that no matter what your goal is we can achieve it together.

I know that when teaching you must be engaging and energetic to maintain attention and most of all fun! Whilst keeping discipline and respect. It is more about finding out what drives you and the lessons that martial arts can teach in life.
It is the same with personal training. We work on and identify goals together and achieve them!
