About Megan

My teaching approach to singing is joyful, structured, and highly adaptable. I focus on building strong vocal foundations while encouraging each student’s natural musicality. Lessons include vocal warm-ups, posture alignment, breath control, and exercises for tone and pitch accuracy. I place special emphasis on choral blend, diction shaping, and musical interpretation—skills that are essential for both solo and ensemble singers. Whether you love harmonizing in groups or telling stories through song, I help you develop clarity, balance, and expressiveness in your voice. I use real songs from genres like folk, musical theater, and contemporary choral music to keep lessons practical and fun. My sessions are designed for those who enjoy singing with others, from small ensembles to full choirs. Students learn how to listen closely, blend their sound, and communicate emotion. I support those who seek confidence in group settings as well as those who want to explore solo expression. Creative games, call-and-response, and duet work are part of the journey. I believe learning to sing is about connection—both musical and personal. My goal is to help you find your voice, build trust in it, and share it with joy.

About the lesson

With over 6 years of experience as a vocal coach and a Licentiate of Music in Voice, I specialize in making singing a joyful, shared experience. My group classes are designed for families—duets between parents and children, sibling trios, or even full-house harmonies. We explore the magic of partner harmonies, call-and-response singing, and playful sing-along games that build both skill and connection.

From Disney hits to soulful Gospel, from Musical Theater favorites to timeless Singalong Classics, each session is filled with heart and energy. I guide students not just in technique, but in listening, blending, and communicating musically with one another. The focus is always on teamwork and the joy of shared performance.

Whether it’s a mother-daughter duet or a trio of siblings learning to harmonize, my goal is to help you bond through music. Classes are fun, lighthearted, and tailored to all levels, encouraging growth in a supportive setting.
