About Baynes

I do hope I find you in good health. I am a highly motivated 24-year-old who is looking for employment in a field that can challenge and build me as an individual. I have thus attached my academic and work experience. Moreover, I have excelled in management, office administration duties, and general clerical duties, which I believe can be a concrete addition to your organization. I have also been engaged as an assistant for different departments at Monash South Africa for the past two years, the likes of Marketing and Sales, Community Engagement (had the chance to manage a volunteer program for a year), and the Call Centre as the most outstanding experiences on my portfolio. To add on, I am also a graduate, as I completed a Bachelor's in Social Sciences majoring in International Studies and Sociology with a minor in Public Relations. Some other interesting courses that I encountered during my course were research-oriented and courses that involved understanding human interaction both on a micro and also on a macro level. In conclusion, I believe that my journey so far has equipped me with the right amount of skill to contribute strongly and positively to your company.

About the lesson

My teaching methods are based on repetition and constant practice. When I was younger, I learned that the key to learning is in doing something over and over; that way, one can get better at understanding and learning the most vital and key concepts.
