About Priyanka
I run a private tutor and my students have attained high distinctions in private tutor tests, as well as in the AMC. One has also achieved rewards for top ICAS Math score. I am resourceful as I have unobsolete material for, Naplan, ICAS, Scholarship Tests, AMC and various other tests and opportunities. I take my time to contemplate and consider the qualities of each of my pupils. I do not hold any prejudice for students who have a slower pace than others as long as they wish to learn, and those who do not desire to learn will not be neglected by me, they will be inspired.

My lessons work best with those who either want to be challenged or want to have good foundations. I myself have a child who constantly wishes to be challenged, so the skill is required and enjoyed! My lesson structure would normally follow the structure of:
1. Finding out what the class knows about the given topic.
2. Explaining the activity/s we will do.
3. Explaining the concepts we will learn.
4. Allow independent or collaborative work.
5. Go through the activity/s with the students and acknowledging their methods.
6. Asking students to tell me what they imbibed from the lesson.
Two phrases of philosophy which I follow are, "Knowledge grows by sharing it," and "Answers are given to those who ask." In other words, I encourage confidence in those who have sharp minds by asking them to help those who want it. Benefit for all!
