About Anthony

I am an advanced mathematics tutor working in the Bay Area at the Russian School of Mathematics, tutoring kids in grades K - 12. I have almost 3 years of direct work experience and much more in direct tutoring; I believe in teaching not for completion, but for complete understanding - I teach over zoom or teams, whatever is easiest for you. I am a high school graduate student who is about to start his first semester in university. In high school I have completed all of my school's math curriculum up until Calculus BC AP.

About the lesson

I am a highly skilled tutor who has taken and is proficient in math all the way from basic arithmetic to calculus BC. I offer strong and affordable tutoring with a high emphasis on working with the client to make sure they understand the problem. My work is not finished unless the client fully shows their understanding of the topic. I cater to students in need of additional support in their classes, and will help with homework and will assign additional practice problems. I am fluent in both English and Russian. My lessons include a complete explanation of whatever topic my students might need, help with homework, practice questions, and homework assigned after every lesson to ensure that my students fully express their understanding of the topic they were unsure about.
