There are several methodologies to teach an individual. What really matters that the student is receiving 100% of what you are teaching him and at what extend he can go indepth of teachings through his or her acquired ability. So I just first know the student, and know what are his or her perceptions about the subjects and make a quick study plan after the demo. Demo usually concern the topics and modules within the subjects and just a brief intro. I also take tests arranged by me, obviously, questions testing his or her abilities to answer them effectively. If he or she still feels uncomfortable, I go indepth to make it more interesting. So this is my methodology in brief.
