About Mirela
I'm a Biotechnology student currently studying in Austria, with a strong academic background in Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics. I achieved A*A*A at A-level, an A* on my Extended Project Qualification, and a Silver Award in the Cambridge Chemistry Challenge. I've also previously worked as a Teaching Assistant at a UK prep school, where I designed and delivered science lessons for younger students, so I'm comfortable adapting explanations to different levels and learning styles.
I know firsthand how overwhelming A-level science can feel because the concepts are rarely explained in a way that connects the dots. My goal is to help you actually understand the subject well enough that it stops feeling like memorisation, and hopefully become as passionate about it as I am.

I focus on breaking complex topics into clear, logical steps and connecting theory to real exam questions early on, rather than teaching concepts in isolation. Lessons typically include a quick recap, a focused explanation of the topic, and guided practice with past paper-style questions so you build both understanding and exam technique. I adjust pacing and explanations based on how you personally learn best as some students need more visual breakdowns, others need repetition through practice problems.
