About Shay
I am currently a second year medical student at Bond University. I graduated Biomedical Science in December 2023 with a high GPA. Looking back, there was a lot of struggle and grind, but I also built so many good study habits and foundational knowledge that are lifesaving in medicine.
I understand how difficult and overwhelming the course seems, but I found a lot of ways to make life easier which I hope to pass on to all my students!
Whether you need help with study techniques, assignments, extra practice questions, or course content, there's plenty we can do get performing at your best :)

I aim to make difficult concepts easier by breaking them down into bite-sized chunks. It’s a very satisfying achievement for me when I am able to explain something well and help a student become confident in something they really struggled previously. I’m also able to help with assignments and lab reports.
I understand the value of good teaching and will always accomodate the sessions to best suit you. If you have any requirements or preferences, please let me know beforehand so I can come prepared. I recommend 1-2 hour sessions for most benefit.
I am available Monday and Friday between 5 - 7pm for tutoring. I have more flexibility on weekends, so please feel free to reach out if the above mentioned times don't work for you.
