About Abdiel

I really love cooking, from a very young age I learned the art of cooking by watching my dear mother cook and before I was 13 years old I knew how to prepare my own food. About 20 years ago I decided to study cooking professionally and embark on a professional career. After working in several restaurants I opened my catering and show cooking business. For me, the kitchen is much more than cooking; it is a place to create art, flavors and colors that feed our body and our soul. Allow me to share with you the knowledge that I have accumulated during all my life experiences. Thank you! Realmente me encanta cocinar, desde muy pequeño aprendí el arte de cocinar observando a mi querida madre cocinar y ya antes de cumplir los 13 años sabía preparar mi propia comida. Hace unos 20 años decidí estudiar cocina profesionalmente y emprender una carrera profesional. Luego de trabajar en varios restaurantes abrí mi negocio de catering y cocina en vivo. Para mi, la cocina es mucho más que cocinar; es una forma de crear arte, sabores y colores que alimentan nuestro cuerpo y nuestro Ser. Permíteme compartir contigo el conocimiento que he logrado acumular durante mi experiencia de vida. Gracias!
