About Hoo
During my postgraduate study, I work as a Biology tutor for Foundation Programme at University Malaysia Sabah, I also guide hands-on experiment for the undergraduate programme, as a lab conductor In the meantime, I am also have been giving home tuition for more than 5 years. Most of the private tuition students I teach are PT3, SPM and UEC background, I also have experience teaching primary students at the tuition centre for two years. But I still prefer to have a private home because I can have a better interaction with students and also understand their problem better, so able their tackle their problem.

I usually will start my class by understanding what topic or what my students had learned in the class recently. If they have a problem, I will focus on that part and have a revision for the whole topic they already studied. I will also share general knowledge and application in real life of the related topic studied. I also will discuss those hot topic trending on social media and ask them to share their opinion regarding the topic, Eg, Is vaccination really helpful in tackle covid-19? What do u think about anti-vaccine? Is vaccine better than self develop immunity?
The motto of my teaching is "love what you learn, give what u learned" and Learn to get inspire and inspired to learn.

Rate for primary students (SJKC & SK) RM30/h and Secondary students (PT3, SPM & UEC) RM40/h. The rate for online tuition is RM15/h for Primary and RM20/h for Secondary.
