About Asher
I am a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience and hold a BSc in Chemistry. My main interest lies in quantum chemistry, and I enjoy making its challenging concepts clear and engaging for learners. Many students find the subject abstract, but with the right approach, it can become both fascinating and manageable. I focus on helping students understand atomic and molecular orbitals, bonding theories, and spectroscopic transitions. These areas are taught with a mix of illustrative models and theoretical derivations so learners can see both the concepts and the logic behind them. By blending visualization with step-by-step explanation, I make abstract ideas feel more concrete. I have experience working with both chemistry majors and physical science students at the university level. That’s why I guide students patiently, highlighting their strengths while providing clear strategies to improve weaker areas. Learners never feel left behind, and progress becomes steady and motivating. I work especially well with those who are curious about environmental systems and marine science, as these fields often connect deeply with chemistry. Both practical thinkers and detail-oriented learners find their approach supported in my sessions. Ultimately, my goal is to help students build a strong foundation for organic synthesis and beyond.
