About Ryan

I have many running titles, obtaining many records in Nationals and States. I have also run marathons and taught others how to run well for a while. In addition to running, I also have a passion for everything else. From sports to academics to music to languages, I truly love to put in my best effort and achieve my goals. All in all, I work my hardest to achieve my best and hope to help others do so too.

About the lesson

I teach how to run, the correct form that is needed and the ways to prevent injury.

Sessions typically last about an hour, but can change based on a student's needs.

I aim to improve a student to the best of their ability so they can achieve their true goals.

In just one trial lesson, he managed to convey a lot of super useful information and some personally tailored advice. We are looking forward to learning more from him.
