I have been mentored by a top Olympic track coach over the last few years and have worked alongside him with various sports groups and teams in a speed development role. This has carried over into coaching runners as well. I have adopted the LTAD (Long Term Athlete Development) model of coaching for all individuals and groups that I work with.

My teaching method starts from basic skills required in sports,warm ups, sprinting technique, improving stamina and physicality.
I teach PE in college, and I like to offer my advices - (Re) start regular physical activity - Improve eating habits. - Program logically physical activities with a sense of gradual progression. - Program trainings to prepare for a race (10km to Marathon, up to Trail) - TAKE PLEASURE !!! All my tips make sense articulating them around physiological and psychological explanations.
To achieve workout goals I teach theoretical knowledge in strength training, sports nutrition and bodybuilding. In addition, I offer individual training on the basis of the latest scientific state - even in YOUR gym. I am happy to also offer online coaching via webcam. As a former Bundesliga player I also offer training in table tennis to the league level.
After an initial conversation and information gathering session to assess your level of fitness, running history, availability for training and goals, I put together a weekly training plan. The plan is available in an online training platform which is free for you to access and have a beautiful smartphone app which sync with your GPS watch and you can use to add comments to every session.

I want to clarify the goals of each athlete and understand what is the best method to achieve them, in particular by developing their strengths and bridging the shortcomings. I think it is important that the method be shared and respected as far as possible in a transparent manner.
My methodology is very simplistic in it's approach, I try not to complicate it because in doing that you lose out on the vitals. So its interactive, flexible but still intense and unique to each group and /or individual depending on who I'm teaching. I've come to learn that a complex approach often leaves little room for improvement and participation.
