About Callie

I have been teaching English as a second language for 5 years, and 8 years teaching school support (those years include experience with other English speakers). I have had hundreds of students! Some are still in primary or secondary school but others have received scholarships to study in the US and abroad, or have been integrated into American society (they are immigrants and refugees).

About the lesson

Hello! I'm Callie ("Cali"), an American English teacher at your disposal to help you achieve your goals for learning English! I've taught classes to all ages and in all kinds of concentrations, including preparation for those who are going to take international exams, school support and functional language (for the travelers like me!) I want all my students to have fun and feel comfortable in making mistakes; I am also a student of the world and of Spanish and French languages (I learn something every day!) and the only way to learn is by making mistakes! My goals are yours, and having said that my methods are focused on the students - you, more than me, are going to speak, write and play with the language!

Callie es unaexcelente profesora; responsable y alegre, sus clases a pesar de contar con contenido complejo no son pesadas ni aburridas. Le recomendaría estudiar con ella a cualquier persona que quisiera aprender el inglés ya que es muy buena explicando y adaptándose a las necesidades de cada alumno.
