Lucas is a skilled and excellent musician and educator. With a wealth of knowledge having spent time learning from some of Australia's best jazz musicians and educators, Lucas is an excellent tutor. His instrumental and theoretical knowledge is something that would make him invaluable to anyone looking to expand their instrumental music team.

As well as that he is also a tremendous lead trumpet player in a big band setting. He has shown that he can not only play at the highest level but also how to be a good section leader with the playing skills to back it up.
