Hi, I’m David, a native Mandarin speaker from China and a recent graduate of UNSW with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Growing up in a bilingual environment, I developed a deep appreciation for the beauty and complexity of the Chinese language and culture.

I want to teach because I truly enjoy helping others unlock the doors to a new language and connect with a rich cultural heritage. Learning Mandarin can seem challenging at first, but with the right guidance, it can become an exciting and rewarding journey. My goal is to make this process engaging, personalized, and practical for every student.

Qualifications and Experience as a Tutor:
I am a native Mandarin speaker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from UNSW. My academic background has equipped me with excellent communication and organizational skills, which I bring into my teaching. Although I am relatively new to professional tutoring, I have experience teaching friends and younger students, and I am confident in helping learners of all levels.
