About Nivya

I'm Nivya Shri R. People used to call me Nivya. I am currently living in Chennai.
I did my schooling in Velammal Matriculation Higher Secondary School.
And, I completed my graduation specialized in Electronics and Communication Engineering with an overall CGPA of 8.15.
Along with my degree, I did courses like Ms Office, AUTO CAD, HDMP and CCNA.
After completing my degree, I was taking home tuitions for almost one year.
And, this encouraged me to join as an INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER in Mobile Tutor Private Limited till June 30th 2019.
Thereafter, I started my career as a freelance writer where I been Crafting articles based on latest trending Internet updates.
For the past 1 year, I been handling as a Academic Tutor, and my role here entails educating children in grades LKG to Xth via online Sessions.
These paths have helped me learn about myself and my skills overall.
My ultimate goal is to keep updating myself with various technology and innovations.
My strength is a team player, where I work on with people of various attitudes and character; also I can share my knowledge with them and help and motivate them to achieve goals.
My weakness is again a team player; as I cannot explore my talents all alone and I find myself quite difficult to showcase my talent on a great platform.
So, I have planned to improve myself that if my role was a team player, I must get along with the team mates.
Also, I get to know where I have been wrong; so that it will turn my negatives' into positive strength.

About the lesson

-My role here is to make the student think out of box, by posing questions, creative interactive sessions, bringing real time applications and keep update them with latest technology.
- I keep track of student's performance based on knowledge.
-My accomplishments are to teach the students with practical knowledge in primary subjects.
- However, I'm specialized in teaching English Grammar. In the field of teaching, I gained some experience and satisfied a number of students.
-The following are some of the strategies I put forth while tutoring my students;

2. Application based learning to gain knowledge on practical usages
3. Story telling based learning to keep every student engaged
