About Courtney

Courtney DeShields is a certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki healer, Hypnotherapist, & Life Coach based in Northern California.

She started her career as an HR professional, specializing in talent acquisition and recruitment. She worked side by side with some of the most dedicated and innovative talent across multiple countries, cultures and industries. From healthcare, real estate, insurance, tech, start ups and household names.

In 2020 she embarked on a transformative journey inspired by her own health, personal loss (and gain), and seeking true work life balance. She decided to deepen her personal yoga practice and explore the profound impact that movement, meditation, energy healing, lifestyle, and nutrition can have on one’s quality of life and performance. She became passionate about creating a life full of connection by serving others on this journey.

Certified in several modalities including yoga, hypnotherapy, life coaching, Reiki, & energy healing - Courtney is passionate about creating a life full of connection by serving others.

She offers in person and virtual classes that include movement, breath and meditation. Courtney takes a personal approach and tailors sessions to each client’s unique needs, allowing space to make each practice their own.
