About Shannon
I have been teaching Yoga, Pilates and Barre for 8 years now and initially started Yoga because I wanted to benefit from the physical effects it has on the body.
Very quickly after starting my own practice, I realised that the benefits of Yoga are infinite and knew that I wanted this to become my lifestyle for the longterm and something that I could bring into the lives of other people.

The nature of my lessons depends predominantly on the requirements of the clients.
I offer a range of styles and tailor the class around your own goals, whether this is body transformation, injury recovery/prevention, flexibility training or athletic performance improvement.
I am also able to offer classes that are predominantly based on meditation, breathwork and spirituality if this you are looking to take Yoga classes for reasons that relate more closely to these elements.
Typically, a class will last between 50 minutes to 1hr 15 minutes; the length of the class largely depends on the goals of the client as well as their availability.
