About Arman
I am a student, a researcher, an advisor and a teacher working at Resist Two and Human Impacts Institute, which are environmental science and climate justice backed organisations and have presented presentations on Mathematics education at International Conferences at the age of 15 and 16 respectively.
But, when I was 14, I absolutely hated Math, little realising that there is so much to love in the patterns it presents. I am a teacher because I know the power of having a good teacher and a mentor in your life. I can confidently say this as my teachers helped me a lot to discover the beauty in this world. They inspired me to be the light in someone's need and I aspire to inspire values along with curiosity to build a strong foundation in what my students wish to learn.
Beyond my identities of work and life, I'm a storyteller and a passionate listener. What is the best gift out of respect one can give than to listen?
On a funnier note I was often called PK (referring to Aamir Khan) because of my large ears (and relatable love of listening). It was in listening that I learnt the importance of observation, both inner and outer. It led me to looking for patterns, be it in the rhythms of pop music, or in Mathematical proofs, or in Climate Justice movements!
Do you know, what all of these, the music, math, sciences and arts have in common? It is a shared foundation of truth and principles. Math cannot exist without definitions just as music cannot exist without beats. Walks can't exist without looking around just as studies can't work without looking.... within.

I can assure you that Math or any Science is an adventure of logic that we can enjoy like a rollercoaster ride, no matter how scary it might be.
If we ride with our basics as strong as the rollercoaster track, we will go miles and the ride's gonna be weeeeeee amazing!
Growing up, I've seen my journey from hating Mathematics and Environmental Science to falling in love with patterns and acing my exams- I can assure you the same,
More than an opportunity to learn, our discussion will be a chance to discover and celebrate your potential!
So, wanna join me for the ride?
