About Anwesha
Music has been my soul’s language for as long as I can remember. I am an Indian classical vocalist, nurtured under the profound guidance of Padmashree Shri Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty ji, and blessed to have performed across India in many respected baithaks and concerts — both on stage and online. With over 10 years of mentoring, I have taught students from all walks of life, rooted in the Guru-Shishya Parampara — where learning is not just about technique, but about connection, surrender, and self-discovery. I hold a Gold Medal in Sangeet Visharad, a Sangeet Alankar with distinction, and a Master’s degree in Indian Classical Vocal from a UGC-recognized university. But beyond degrees, it is my deep love for the art and compassion for each student that shapes my teaching. In every class, I strive to awaken not just your voice — but the raag within you. Whether you’re a curious beginner or a seasoned seeker, my space welcomes you with warmth, clarity, and respect for your journey.
