About Marianne

I am a seasoned and well-traveled Private Chef from Dutch origin. I grew up in Belgium and have now been living in England for 30 years.

All my classes are bespoke and tailored to you. These can be 1-2-1 or for up to 8-10 kitchens in different locations

Want to concentrate on a specific dish? Improve your skills set or food presentation? Learn new recipes? Explore a new cuisine? I'm all yours!

I cover a wide range of cuisines from across the globe, be they the classics, fusion or my own creations. Special diets, allergies or intolerances can be factored in.

I specialise in Dutch, Belgian and Indonesian cuisine. In 2020 I won two awards for this from prestigious Lux Magazine:

Most importantly, I am not just skilled and knowledgeable. I am a walking talking food encyclopaedia and a bit quirky too. So I'll make sure you will have FUN while learning!

About the lesson

My classes are for everyone of every age and every skill level. As long as you love food and want to learn, we are a match made in heaven.

Although you will learn new recipes, we will very much concentrate on skills and techniques and the why and how, That way you will be able to apply what you learned across the board going forward with your own cooking.

Where applicable, Ingredient and basic equipment requirements will be emailed in advance, and recipes will be emailed afterwards.

Exact pricing depends on subject matter or dishes chosen, as well as number of kitchens joining.
