I am Palak, passionate about to keep myself fit and the world fit. To start this mission, I started my own yoga classes which will help the students to learn the different types of yoga asanas, according to the health issues.

I will be providing 20 classes a month, 5 in a week for 1 hour powerful training keeping in mind the health of clients.
Each class will teach different style of yoga practices, starting from sukshvyayam to sthoolvayam practices keeping in mind the health issues.
