About Hayden Paul
I studied Music at Parel Vallei High School for five years, and learnt nine instruments during my time there, namely:
voice, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, piano, drums, double bass and keyboard. Voice is my main instrument, and has been since the beginning.
I am a classically trained Baritenor, or when I am practising my pop-repertoire, I am a lyric tenor. I have performed at the High School Band Slam at the V&A Waterfront as the lead singer of PV's Big Band, as well as a sold out show at The Artscape. Across my five years of Music training, I also competed in the Stellenbosch and Helderberg Eisteddfod's, achieving a Cum Laude grading across multiple genres for five years consecutively.

I prefer to learn who my students are first, before applying a "one-size-fits-all" approach to them. My goal is to connect with them, so that they are able to learn and grow, while feeling that their needs are not only being met, but heard (pun intended) as well. My lessons are aimed at Grade 8-12 students of any skill level, of any genre. I am a classically trained Baritenor, and when I'm rehearsing my pop-repertoire, I am a lyric tenor. All voice groups welcome!
