About Anoushka

I have passed higher secondary examination from Mahadevi Birla World Academy with 96%. I am currently pursuing my graduation in B.A. Psychology (hons.) from Gokhale Memorial Girls' College under Calcutta University. I am also involved with an NGO where I teach English to underprivileged children. I have passed Communication skills exams from the Trinity College of London with distinction. I am really passionate and enthusiastic about teaching. I ensure that my students perceive, analyze and fully understand every concept that I teach because I believe that building a strong educational base is a prerequisite for building a strong future.

About the lesson

1) Teaching the concept in detail (making use of teaching aids like powerpoints, videos, images, etc. when necessary so that the student understands the concept better)
2) Making sure the student is grasping the concept well
3) Practising the topic with the student (oral and written)
4) Ensuring the student has understood the topic well
5) Assigning frequent homework
6) Recapitulating the topic taught the previous day for the first 5-10 mins of the next class
7) Holding doubt clearing sessions
8) Conducting routine assessments
