About Hanli
I competed on national and international levels as a young athlete.
My own struggles in nutrition as an athlete led me to become a dietitian. I didn't have the knowledge or resources about what a healthy relationship with food and proper sports nutrition was, and suffered from osteoporosis.
I became a dietitian, learnt how to fuel my own training, and how to help others thrive. Nutrition is about so much more than weight - it's about being the best version of yourself.
Now my passion is to teach others about nutrition! I have my own private practice, am a personal trainer and am competing my Masters degree in sports nutrition.
I also love sharing my learnings in building a successful private practice, business and more with young/student dietitians!

I help you to learn more about nutrition by making science practical, easy to understand and most importantly easy to implement.
I teach online in English.
You can expect a typical lesson to be fun, interactive, yet profoundly science-based.
As a Registered Dietitian with experience in Private Practice, I also provide lessons for dietetics students who want support beyond the university classroom. We can talk about topics like client retention, habit change, marketing and other topics not taught in school.
