About Noor

I’m an experienced Australian tutor with a passion for helping students build strong foundations in English. I specialize in reading, writing, and exam preparation, particularly for primary and ESL learners. My calm, flexible approach supports each child’s learning style—including those who are neurodivergent. Teaching allows me to make a real difference in students’ confidence and communication skills, and I genuinely love watching them grow.

My Approach to Tutoring
As a compassionate and patient tutor, I believe every student learns best when they feel safe, seen, and supported. My classes are tailored to meet each learner's unique needs—whether they’re building foundational reading skills, growing in writing confidence, or preparing for an important exam. I take pride in creating a calm, encouraging environment where mistakes are part of the journey and progress is celebrated.

Teaching Techniques & Methodology
I use a blend of structured, step-by-step instruction and creative, interactive activities.

My sessions often include:
-Phonics-based reading strategies
-Sentence-building and grammar games
-Writing prompts with visual aids
-Practice exam questions broken down in simple, manageable steps

Gentle support for neurodivergent learners, with flexible pacing and visual tools

Every lesson is personalised to suit the student’s level, interests, and goals.

Lesson Duration
Most lessons are 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the student’s age and attention span. Shorter sessions are available for younger learners or those who benefit from frequent breaks.

My Qualifications & Experience
I’m an Australian educator with years of experience supporting primary students and ESL learners, including neurodiverse children. I design engaging learning materials and use gentle, confidence-building methods to help students thrive academically and emotionally.
