About H

Before achieving my qualification as a Personal Trainer/Coach i was self taught as i had some physical problems growing up. This had led me to live with discomfort for a few years and i didn’t know how to resolve this, until one day i just had enough of the pain and right there something clicked in my mind and i managed to self resolve the situation! something the doctors or physios couldn’t do.

This was the start of my journey to a healthier me, physically, mentally and spiritually.

So now i am ready to help share this knowledge i have attained and assessed over the past few years.

About the lesson

Having trained myself and others over last few years have shown me that we all differ from one another. i have trained in various techniques as well as teaching methods.
programmes are tailored to the individual and their needs to help them reach their goals. whether this is through the mind or body.

Programmes and lessons are usually 1-2hrs max. this is also based on the individuals history.

Qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist

I train all ages from young teen to the elderly. age is simply a number of life experience ;)

If you are a beginner, intermediate or advance…. it does not matter as all are welcomed. Everything thing is tailored to you! so there is something for everyone.
