About Vipin
Until 2018, I used to work as a software engineer in some of the top tech companies (Samsung and Infosys), before I took the radical step of becoming a fitness professional. Over the years of bumpy career path that followed, I rebuild my own health, carve out my own training style, and gained confidence over the programs I curated for my clients. I have earned a first hand experience of various fitness trends, unconventional and standard diets, and various training styles — powerlifting, hybrid training, endurance, and sports-based. Now, my training philosophy (for my clients) combines the best of everything I have learnt.
In a nutshell, these are the foundations I teach and preach:
1. Regular movement is the most critical aspect of wellbeing.
2. Diversity in your movement will enable you to move freely in life, without pain. (And in all the planes/directions !)
3. Sport (or any other anchor) gives your training the purpose.
4. Four pillars of fitness: strength, mobility, stability, and endurance.
5. Mindful eating: Balanced, flexible diet, healthy ingredients. Say no to UPFs.

First lesson obviously would be spent knowing you better. This includes your existing level of fitness, goals and your exercise and health history.
The intensity of training in the first few weeks would very much depend on your existing level of fitness. But typically it would include a variety of movement and mobility exercises, warm up drills, and building a base level of aerobic fitness.
Once this is achieved, we can steer in the direction of your goals whether it is building strength or the athleticism to improve in the sport you love or improving your running technique to prep for a long distance run.
Other, but not least, aspects of my training method include discussions and counselling on nutrition, lifestyle, building consistency and resilience.
