About David
Hello! My name is David, I am a personal and professional trainer of physical exercise. I consider myself lucky to be able to dedicate myself to what I like: exercise, teaching, transmitting and helping people to fulfill their purposes. Since childhood I have been passionate about physical activity practicing all kinds of sports, being my great passions the mountain, Martial arts and fitness. I studied Physical Education Teaching, I have several personal trainer and nutrition degrees, I passed the NSCA test, and I got certified as CPT (Certified Personal Trainer). Some time later I specialized in electrostimulation, hypopressives, injury rehabilitation, nutrition and sports coaching. That's why I've always trained with the best, in Spain and in Europe. During the sessions I convert your goals into my own and try to create a positive experience that allows you to enjoy each session, generating positive emotions. Also, I try to prevent injuries, bad postural habits and transmit the desire to maintain an active and healthy way of life, because I firmly believe in exercise as a tool to keep the body and mind in perfect condition. I help in person to the people of the northwest area of Madrid and online nationally and internationally.
