Online and in-person personal trainer in Madrid with official certification and qualifications. Currently working as a local police officer and specializing in preparation for these entrance exams: 800-meter run, 60-meter dash, ball throw, long jump, and swimming. Also training in pull-ups, circuit training, and the 1000 meters. My other specialty, which I've been doing for many years, is weight training and gym work.
