About Connor

Hi, my name is Connor and my passion is health and fitness.

I have been training since the age of 15 and I have over 10 years of learning from my own mistakes and ensuring a healthy mentality also. I am trained to a Level 3 Personal Trainer standard and combined with my personal experience, I can easily modify and adapt my training style to match each client.

My main passion is weight lifting but I also love swimming, running and learning about new disciplines as I meet new people.

I do not train people to achieve 'transformations' for my portfolio but to ensure you can transform your health in a way which works for you. I offer support 24/7 to ensure you can contact me if you are unsure regarding exercise or if you need that motivation to not fall off the wagon.

I enjoy training people from all walks of life and helping everyone reach their goals. There is no set plan for everyone and I work tirelessly to make sure each programme is right for the individual.

About the lesson

My approach to training people is based upon each client personally. I like to take an active role in their fitness journey and motivate them to achieve their ultimate goal. Sessions typically last for 90 minutes but sometimes can run longer. I have been training people for over 7 years and am qualified to Level 3 Personal Trainer standard. I am happy to train any ability level. It’s never too late to start your fitness journey.
