I am an experienced teacher with a MA in Human Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and a background in Psychology. I love to empower youth by applying a personalized teaching approach that could involve several key elements tailored to the individual needs and interests of each of my students: Student-Centered Learning: This approach focuses on the unique strengths, interests, and learning styles of each student. I implement project-based learning, inquiry-based activities, and collaborative projects to engage students actively in their own learning process. Differentiated Instruction: I recognize that students have diverse needs and abilities, I differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners. This might involve providing various instructional methods, resources, and assessments to ensure that each student is challenged and supported at their own level. Culturally Relevant Teaching: I incorporate culturally relevant content, examples, and perspectives into the curriculum to make learning more meaningful and relatable for students from diverse backgrounds.
