About the lesson

My Teaching Style: Inclusive, Mindful, Present, Creative, and Sustainable My teaching style is rooted in inclusion, mindfulness, and a deep commitment to being present with each learner. I strive to create an environment where every student feels seen, heard, and valued—regardless of background, learning style, or ability. Inclusivity is not just a principle I follow, but a practice I embed into each interaction, lesson plan, and classroom dynamic. Mindfulness is at the heart of how I teach. I aim to foster awareness—both in myself and in my students—encouraging thoughtful engagement, emotional intelligence, and a sense of calm focus. By being fully present, I can respond authentically to the needs of my students, adapting in the moment and cultivating a space that feels safe, grounded, and welcoming. Creativity plays a vital role in how I design learning experiences. I believe that curiosity, imagination, and experimentation are key to meaningful learning. Whether through hands-on projects, collaborative exploration, or interdisciplinary approaches, I encourage students to think outside the box and connect with content in ways that inspire them. Sustainability, both in terms of content and approach, guides how I structure the learning journey. I aim to foster lifelong learning habits that are both impactful and enduring.
