About Sheila
Years of teaching have sharpened my focus. I have 4 years of experience guiding 267 students toward academic results.
My work centers on acids and bases, numerical problem solving, and competition prep for JEE, NEET, or Olympiad levels. I also cover physical chemistry, thermochemistry, periodic table and trends, lab and practical work, reaction mechanisms, the mole concept, and equation balancing.
As a PhD candidate, I emphasize the intuition behind every chemical equation. It is satisfying to see students grasp complex patterns quickly. I prefer a clear, calm environment where the science is the main priority.

Students finish our time together with a complete understanding of how to solve challenging exam problems. We begin by dissecting a specific reaction mechanism or thermodynamic calculation until the logic is intuitive. Weekly problem sets with step-by-step solutions serve as the foundation for our ongoing work. My PhD training at Caltech ensures that you receive rigorous guidance on the mole concept and equation balancing.
We focus on the exact skills required for high-stakes competition prep. Each session is built around your need for mastery in physical chemistry and practical lab concepts. You will leave with a clear roadmap for your next set of assignments. The goal is to ensure you feel ready for any question on your upcoming tests.
