About Nancy
Physics tutor with 3 years of experience teaching high school students. Have taught around 150 students, helping many improve problem-solving skills and exam scores. My teaching is visual, practical, and student-friendly. I believe physics is best learned by doing, so I use demonstrations and simulations wherever possible. I provide curated problem sets and step-by-step solution guides. I am also available for extra doubt-clearing sessions. Notable achievement: helped over 20 students improve their grades significantly within one semester.

My teaching approach for Physics is built on visualisation and practical examples. I use everyday phenomena like throwing a ball, riding a bike, and switching on a light to explain motion, forces, and circuits. We break down formulas into simple logical steps. I encourage asking "why" and "how" to build deep understanding. Motivation comes from solving real-life problems and seeing progress each week. I give honest feedback and adapt to your learning speed. For Physics, we cover kinematics, Newton's laws, work and energy, simple machines, waves, sound, and basic electricity. I also teach related skills like diagram drawing, unit analysis, and using formulas correctly. I share examples from sports and technology to make topics interesting. Sessions include solving numerical problems, drawing free-body diagrams, and discussing exam techniques. I assign homework like solving 5 numerical problems or drawing a circuit diagram. I keep notes to track your improvement. I also use simple experiments like pendulums and magnets to demonstrate concepts during sessions. For students who find calculus-based physics difficult, I start with algebra-based explanations and gradually introduce advanced concepts. I also provide memory aids for formulas and show shortcut methods for numericals. Regular revision sessions are conducted before exams to boost confidence.
