Hi
My name is Leo, I have been studying movement (Yogatherapy, Qigong, Breathing, Rehab Pilates and Somatic Movement) for over 20's as well as manual therapy and different techniques of massage, I am offering here lessons and tutoring, in English and Portuguese.
