About Varenya

I'm a psychologist with a Master's in Psychology and 1.5 years of experience as a practicing therapist.

I also hold certifications in trauma and suicide prevention. I work with these concepts daily in my clinical practice, which means

I'm not just teaching from a textbook but from real, working knowledge of how psychology actually shows up in people's lives.

About the lesson

No two students learn the same way and I don't teach the same way twice. Unless things are tailored for you, learning isn't going to be complete. No matter what the problem is, I'm more focused on how to get you to learn instead of just how much you can learn.

My goal is to make psychology genuinely interesting, not something you get through by memorizing definitions.

Expect real-world examples that connect theory to how people actually think and behave, discussions where you're doing real thinking rather than just receiving information, and visual aids to make abstract concepts stick.

For students who are ready for it, I also bring in project-based work, a great way to go deeper and make the learning your own.

A typical session runs about 60 minutes, with breaks built in as needed. We move at your pace.
