About Mindy
Hello Friends! I am an OBGYN nurse, 200RYT, and 85PRYT (specializing in prenatal yoga). When I’m not doing yoga, I love hanging out with my dog, Emmett, soaking up the sun, watching K-drama and karaoke! Being exposed to so many different people in my career has allowed me to teach in a way that is catered toward the needs of the student. I hope I can help guide you through your journey that is intentional to you!

You don’t need to be flexible to do yoga. You just need the correct alignment (with the help of cues) , props, and the motivation! I enjoy teaching in a way that is more functional and intentional to the student. By incorporating, breath, body, movement, and mind, one can understand the benefits of yoga.
