About Ridhikamini
I'm a 3rd Year BALLB Student, residing in Baguihati.
I have been providing tuitions since 2018. I teach students between class 4-9 only.
Because I'm a student myself, i consider this as a part time job to earn extra money, and a good initiative to improve my communication skills as well as expand my knowledge further.

I'm a college student myself and thus I believe in proper friendly communication and patience. I teach minimum 2 days per week and maximum 3 days per week.
I regularly give homeworks based on whatever is being taught during the time.
I'm strictly against the use of strong voice and threats of punishment. I may scold them but If there's any further discrepancies, i communicate the same to the parents. And i leave it up to them to take actions.
Unlike other tutors, i maintain constant communication with the parents via WhatsApp and give them updates.
I take my fees at the end of every month i.e on 30th and 31st of every month. However, i take advance fees for the first month only.
