About Tailem
Tailem is a yoga teacher, creative and lifelong lover of movement, with a background in dance, musical theater and a slightly obsessive appreciation
for a beautifully sequenced playlist.
After discovering yoga as a practice that
could bring together movement, breath and a little more stillness, Tailem completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and began exploring what yoga can offer beyond the studio, particularly as we move through busy, complicated and ever-changing lives.
Her approach is grounded, accessible and curious, with a focus on helping people feel more at home in their bodies rather than striving for a perfect pose.

With a lifelong experience in movement, Tailem approaches yoga as a practice of connection and expression. Her classes are fluid and intentional, weaving together strength, softness and breath-led rhythm.
