About Georgios

Having achieved A* A* A at A-Level (French, History, Economics) I started my law degree at UCL in September 2017 and graduated with a first-class in August 2020. I achieved first-class summative performances in Tort Law, European Union Law, Jurisprudence, Alternative Dispute Resolution and in my dissertation focussing on tracing and claiming. I have also achieved first-class grades in Contract Law, Land Law, Equity & Trusts, Criminal Law, Public Law and Private International Law during the course of my degree. I am currently undertaking the Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) at the University of Oxford, and have received an offer to work at the Law Commission in the Property, Family and Trusts Team.

Experience as a tutor:
* Volunteer mooting coach, UCL Law Society (October 2020-present)
* Employed as an LLB teaching assistant by UCL (September-October 2019).
* Volunteer English Tutor (IELTS exam) (2016-2017)

Tutoring aimed at A-Level and university-level law students. Can also provide tutoring on A-Level History, French and Economics. In French, I also hold the DALF C2 certificate (the highest certificate for non-native speakers).

I am also an experienced mooter, with success in both internal, inter-varsity and national competitions, including: Slaughter and May Senior Mooting Competition (Finalist), XXIV Old Buildings UCL-KCL Moot (Winner), Times 2TG National Moot (Round 4, top 16/94 teams), Inner Temple Inter-Varsity Moot (Semi-finalist), XXIV Old Buildings UCL-KCL Moot (Winner). Happy to provide tutoring and advice on this.

About the lesson

I can provide first-class notes on Trusts, Tort Law, European Union Law and Jurisprudence, as well as first-class essays on all subjects mentioned above plus Alternative Dispute Resolution, Criminal Law, Contract Law, Conflict of Laws, Unjust Enrichment, Land Law and Public Law.

For those interested in the BCL, I can provide High 2:1 / Distinction-level essays in Advanced Property and Trusts (including one at 75% on part B of the course), Commercial Remedies, Modern Legal History and Philosophy, Law and Politics (Hard Choices / Feminism and Analytical Philosophy).

Otherwise flexible according to the requirements of the student. Happy to receive and answer questions, or otherwise structure lessons primarily led by me.
