About Rogelio
I am a professional dancer dedicated to physical training and sports since I was a child.
After 15 years dedicated to movement, I developed this training system with the goal of teaching people the infinite possibilities of their bodies and how much fun it is to discover them.
"Movement is life, life is a process, if you improve the quality of the process, you will improve the quality of life." M. Feldenkrais.
I am excited by the idea of being able to accompany you on this path, always from an empathetic and attentive approach.
