I am Vasundhra Vashisth. Owner of Vasundhra Yogashala since 2021. Open to offline and online classes both. I have completed my Diploma and Master's in Yogic Science. I believe that after taking my class you will know that Yoga is all about developing complete attention within your body, attention to every stretch and rhythmic breathing and not just only about standing head to toe.

Perfect! I really liked that we were able to schedule the trial class soon. Overall I'm very satisfied with the approach. I mentioned that I haven't been practicing yoga since a few months and she started with good stretching and warm up before we practiced a few sun salutations
